Client + Agent: Cook County 2nd Installment Bill will be Delayed

Cook County Board of Commissioners President, Toni Preckwinkle, announced 2nd installment property tax bills will be released by the end of year. Historically, Cook County tax payments were due August 1. This date was delayed the prior two years due to the COVID pandemic. By having payments due before the end of the year, homeowners will still be able to take advantage of property tax deductions on their income taxes.a
